We have a family culture which we’ve been able to maintain as the business has grown and go out of our way to recognise first class performance with incentives such as our prestigious 101 Club.
We specialise in the fields of investments and Inheritance Tax Planning and have an unparalleled industry reputation as both an employer and an Adviser. We are 100% focused on providing first class customer service and our computer-based client management system is second to none. A huge amount of support is given to all our Advisers to do what they do best - write the business.
Our management team possess many years of hands-on financial services experience and indeed, many of our managers have progressed through the company starting off as Advisers - including our Distribution Director, two Divisional Sales Managers and two Regional Sales Managers.
We offer two distinct roles: branch-based or home-based and in each case, our advisers’ targets are based upon the real opportunity to write business.
The SFS Bonus Scheme is unique when compared to other major financial services companies and the major difference is that we consider individuals and spend a considerable amount of time ensuring that their targets relate to the resource that the individual has. By doing this, the scheme allows for excellent, uncapped and unlimited potential earnings.
In addition to the bonuses available, we believe our package is very competitive so why not put us to the test? If you meet our expectations, we’re confident that we’ll meet yours...

Loyalty Bonus Schemes (LBS)

This allows Advisers to share in the growth of the longer-term income stream generated from mutual funds, placed on the FundsNetwork platform and trail income from sales on bonds.
