Making a Will doesn’t have to be as difficult as many people believe. Skipton Financial Services has already helped thousands of clients with their estate planning and now, by teaming up with Skipton Trustees Limited (STL), has enabled a logical development of our existing service to offer you a specialist and trusted Will Writing Service.

The legal expertise is provided by Skipton Trustees Limited who work with Redstone Wills Limited (part of the Skipton Group) to prepare your Will. Most Wills are fairly clear-cut and can be drawn up without the need for a face-to-face consultation with a Solicitor. Our service provides the facility for you to complete your instructions for a Will at your own convenience, by telephone and post and whenever you are ready to do so. However, you still receive the high quality services of a member of the Society of Will Writers and have the choice of seeing one of our financial advisers for a more in-depth discussion about your estate.

The Cost

SFS is committed to offering you value for money products and services and explaining clearly the cost of each service. The charges set out below reflect the work involved from taking instructions through to storage of your Will. We have negotiated an excellent deal for the legal work required in the preparation of a Will with Redstone Wills Limited, a member of the Society of Will Writers. An administrative fee is payable by Skipton Trustees Limited for their services, details of which are set out below:
