Most Wills are fairly clear-cut and can be drawn up without the need for a face-to-face consultation with a solicitor. Our service provides the facility for you to complete your instructions for a Will at your own convenience, in your own home, and whenever you are ready to do so. However, you still receive the high quality services of a top class legal firm and have the choice of seeing one of our financial advisers for a more in-depth discussion about your estate.

The Cost

SFS are committed to offering you value for money and explaining clearly what the service will cost. The charges set out below reflect the work involved from taking instructions through to storage of your Will. We have negotiated an excellent deal for the legal work required in the preparation of a Will with Irwin Mitchell, a top 10 legal firm. An administrative fee is payable by Skipton Trustees Limited to them for their work which is set out below:
