• First of all, we will review your circumstances over the last 12 months to see if anything has changed. For example, a new member of the family can make a big impact on your finances and what your needs are now could be different to what they were previously
• We will re-cap on the reasons why the investments you have were chosen for you again to see if these investments are still suitable for your current needs
• We will review the investment performance with an up-to-date valuation pack
• Finally we will agree on any changes that need to be made to make your investments work better and arrange a further appointment for the future to either recommend changes or your next review
